I’m Shashidhar, a software engineering professional with 2+ years of experience across Python automation, backend development, REST APIs, AI applications, and server testing.
My work spans building retrieval-augmented chatbots, developing database-backed services, and investigating the hardware-software interactions behind server failures. I bring the same mindset to each: understand the system, follow the evidence, and build thoughtfully.
Support automated server and rack validation through iFactory and STACK workflows. Analyze API interactions, diagnostic logs, and test results to troubleshoot Linux, firmware, PCIe, and networking failures alongside engineering and production teams.
Developed RAG chatbot workflows with Python, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain. Worked with document chunking, embeddings, vector similarity search, and prompt construction to deliver context-aware university information.
Developed backend components using Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Implemented database operations, request validation, and error handling; debugged application issues and performed functional and integration testing.
